Last Saturday`s International Fest (Begegnungs Festival) in Rheinaue Bonn was successful despite the continuous rain. There was quite a lot of turn out though the festivities started late noon. Rain or shine, food, culture and fun was able to find its way in the midst of drizzle.

The formal opening of the culture show started at 12noon with the International Protestant Community rendering a song.
Minimum of four booths were from the local Filipino community all offering delectable Pinoy dishes.
Of course our very own Saint Tomas More English Catholic Community with booth number 26 provided craft activities for kids.
