Mustard Seed in Kapellenweg

Have you ever heard of the parable of the Mustard Seed? Faith was analogized as thus. Just a meager mustard seed and yet it produces astonishing results. This is the hidden symbol of faith in Rüngsdorf.

This chapel seats only 4-6 people and yet has a number of patrons visiting it everyday.

Marmor (Marble) gravings on the walls marks number of wishes granted. Most of them dating in 1800`s.

A  little shrine to the faithful and a good meditating place for the lost and confused.

This sweet humble chapel is situated in the middle of the juncture connecting Rolandstrasse and Kapellenweg. It is walking distance from Rhein River and a good landmark is the Rheinhotel Dreesen. Bus line 613 and 615 passes by Rüngsdorf with Römerplatz as the bus stop.

Spend a minute or two inside and light a candle. Bury your dead dreams and wish for a bigger star. But don`t wish to come back for once you achieve inner peace, you need to move on.

You don`t need majestic cathedrals for God to hear you. Quality quiet time is all there is for you to hear his voice saying "..you knocked and I opened the door. You asked and I answered..."
